PAYMENT
XRIGHT has different payment options available namely; Cash on delivery, direct bank transfer, online payment using debit card (Verve, MasterCard and Visa)
All payment should be made into the company account. The account details would be included in the official invoice issued through any of our official means of communication. Once payment is completed notify us through info@xright.com.ng for confirmation/delivery.

Order & Returns
We offer a service called Trade-in/Buy-back allowing you sell any phone in good condition to Matrix (a company which buys and sells used phones). Follow this link for further information.
The value of your device is solely determined by Matrix after physical evaluation at the store. The sum to be added to get a new device within our store will be based on your negotiation with Matrix.
Yes, we have certified engineers situated at all XRIGHT stores nationwide who will assist with repairs at a subsidized price.
Online orders at Lagos are within 24hrs while other Locations is within 3-7 business days.
XRIGHT does not deliver items internationally. Purchases are acceptable from anywhere in the world but ensure you indicate a local delivery address and contact number.
XRIGHT offers warranty on items sold as stipulated by OEM.
Pre-order is the initial deposit made before a product is released for sale in the open market.
